1. What should I do if I forgot my member password? top

Click on login, and on the login page click on the Forgot Password link then a page will open where you need to enter your email id. After entering correct email id click on button send my password in email then we will send your password in email.

2. What are the payment methods available?top

Credit Card / Debit Card - FlowersBin.com has integrated with India's No. 1 & Verisign secure CCAvenue Payment Gateway which accepts all major credit cards i.e. Visa, Master Card, Diners Club Card, JCB. If you are not having credit card then you can pay through debit card or through online bank transfer. Debit card and online bank transfer is accepted for all leading banks of India i.e. ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, State Bank Of India, IDBI Bank, Citi Bank, Bank Of Punjab Ltd., UTI Bank, Federal Bank, Global Trust Bank.  During online bank transfer you must have online banking facility activated by your bank.

Cheque – You can also pay through cheque but we will deliver items only after clearance of cheque in our bank account.

Wire Transfer – If you want to pay from outside India then please pay in USD as per your order receipt.

Cash – If you want to deposit cash in our bank account then you have to pay Rs. 50 extra to total amount as same being charged by our bank for cash transaction. After deposit please inform us by phone or email.

We do not unsolicited emails from our side. We send occasional emails to our member to remain them conversant about our services but merely when they have instructed us. Yes, you can send any personal message along with your order which you can type in personal message field during checkout process.

If you want to give any special instruction like additional phone number of recipient or deliver only to right recipient after verifying his ID etc. then you can enter it in special instructions box during checkout process. If you have already place order then you can email us at contact@flowersbin.com putting Order ID in subject.

You can get personal assistance through various modes like contact us at contact@flowersbin.com or via Ask Florist or via Custom Order Section. We will always try to serve you better.

10. How can I change delivery details or items in an order? top

If you want to change delivery details like recipient address, phone no. etc. please inform us to contact@FlowersBin.com one day before delivery date.
You can also change items in order but there are some legal restrictions due to which order value can not be change. You can cancel the order and reissue new order.

11. How can I cancel or reschedule an order? top

If you want to cancel or reschedule an order due to any reason then you can email us at contact@FlowersBin.com mentioning Order Id in subject but atleast one day before delivery date.
This is not applicable for custom order section or ask florist. Even in these cases we try to solve your problem but we don’t guarantee to cancel your order. If you are delivering non perishable items then only we can reschedule your order.

12. What if I am confused on what to send? top

No problem, our specialized team will help you out.  Our florist will discuss the occasion or the purpose for which you want to send the gifts; he will understand your budget and will suggest you and arrangeCustom Order with your instructions and budget.

13. What if I have a specific requirement or if I want some custom arrangement made or if I have a special request? top

If you have any specific requirement or want some custom arrangement then you can visit our Custom Orders Section where you can enter your requirements then we will send you best quotation immediately. Moreover, all of your custom orders will exist in your customized products section which you can check after logging in and can reorder it in future.

14. How long will the flowers last? top

As flowers are perishable items so much care is needed for storage. Different Flowers have different shelf life and also depends on care been taken so no one can guarantee how long they will last.

15. How can I best care for my flowers? top

For keeping flowers fresh for long time you need to put them in water and change water daily. You can also cut flower stem under water. Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and put them in comfortable room temperature. You can also put floral preservatives for long lasting freshness. With all such precautions we can keep our flowers for approximately 4-5 days.

16. Can I order the flowers to be delivered the same day? top

Yes, same day delivery option is also available all over India if the order is placed till 1500 Hrs Indian Standard Time (+0530 GMT) but for all items same day delivery option is not possible. If you want same day delivery you must check each product carefully whether same day delivery option is available for this or not.

17. What if I need to get the delivery made on the same day but its past 1500 Hrs IST, or What is Express Delivery? top

For delivery in Delhi(and NCR), Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai we have express delivery service. For which orders are taken till 1700 Hrs. IST (+0530 GMT). We give no guarantee for the delivery in the same day for Express Delivery. You are charged only if we deliver the flowers. You order for the next day and send an email to contact@FlowersBin.com quoting the order number, we will make our utmost efforts to make the delivery and intimate you for the same. There are no extra charges for Express Delivery.

18. What happens if the recipient is not at home or at the delivery address? top

If recipient is not at delivery address then florist will call to recipient and confirm whether he can deliver it to neighbor or not. Then florist will deliver it to neighbor but only when neighbor agree to receive it on recipient behalf. If you want more information click here Delivery Information.

19. At what time the order will be delivered? top

We can not guarantee the time of delivery, but the flowers will be delivered on the delivery date specified by you. If your flowers need to reach the recipient at a specific time please mention it in the additional information box in checkout form or send us an email to contact@FlowersBin.com. Our delivery staff will do their utmost to meet your delivery time request, but we reiterate that we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

20. How do I know if FlowersBin.com has received my order? top

After successful payment for order you receive an email provided in checkout form having all order details. You can also check your order status with order tracking tool.

21. What if my order is not delivered on the desired day? top

In rare cases like these, full amount will be refunded. Read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

22. How do I know if my order got delivered successfully? top

FlowersBin.com guarantee that your order will be delivered on requested delivery date. We also send an email to you after delivery of order so that you can be aware or confirm that order has been delivered. You can also keep a check on your order status with order tracking tool. If due to any reason florist is not able to deliver your order then we will contact you and tell you delivery problem. Moreover, if you know that order not been delivered at proper destination then you can contact us at contact@FlowersBin.com and can claim a non delivery putting Order ID in subject of email.

23. How can I track my order? top

You can track your order through order tracking tool. In order tracking tool to know about order status you need to enter your Order ID and email which you entered during checkout form.
We regularly update order status so order status displayed will be latest one.

To ensure that flowers remain fresh and can be delivered in scheduled time our local florist in respective cities do hand delivery of all flowers. We also maintain strict guidelines and standard as per industry.

25. Is delivery possible on Sunday or holidays? top

You can send anything along with flowers which exist in our website but in case you want to send any item which does not exist in website then you can always contact us via Custom Orders section and we will send you perfect quote for this. We always try to satisfy our customers. But items which are not allowed to be sold online like Alcoholic beverages or any such item are not delivered by us.

28. What is AutoCombo? top

Auto Combo is a feature which will get active when you purchase more than one item. Once auto combo get active combo prices (lesser prices than regular prices) will be applicable on all items which you added in your shopping cart.
With FlowersBin.com you don’t need to buy fix combos available on website but you can make your own combo and can avail price discounts.

29. Why are there two prices for each item?top

There are two prices for each product, namely Regular Price and Combo Price.
Regular Price:
Regular Price is that price which remain applicable when there is only one item in your shopping cart.

Combo Price:
This feature will get active when you purchase more than one item. Once auto combo get active combo prices (lesser prices than regular prices) will be applicable on all items which you added in your shopping cart.

  1. Flowers with different arrangements shown on our website are just indicative. We will try our best to provide more beautiful flowers than shown but because of reasons like seasonal change, variation in temperature arrangement can be dissimilar than shown because these are in not in our control.
  2. Sometimes ordered fruits, flowers, cakes, sweets and gift items can’t be available in respective cities or towns. We will deliver available best quality fruits, flowers, cakes, sweets and gift items of equal value as per our substitution policy.
  3. In case of all perishable items like flowers, fruits, cakes, sweets etc. however, we fix an appointment over phone with recipient before delivery even though if receiver is not available at the time of delivery at delivery address then we will take the order as delivered.
  4. In case we fail to deliver the ordered item then we will discuss the matter through conversation but you have full right to claim for 100% money back.
  5. Except failure of delivery, Under any situation of delivery or non delivery for any claim you have to contact us within 24 hours after that no claims will be entertained.
